General Edit

All but one of the portals in Umbral Hall were destroyed by Asheron's foray into opening a portal to the lost Empyreans in the Shifting Gears event. MacNiall's Freehold is the only town portal remaining, located in the South branch.

The drop is hot - be prepared to be met by a number of Shadow Lieutenants upon entering.

Umbral Hall was known as "Super Sub" because there used to be a wide variety of town portals inside. It is still an excellent place to hunt for pieces of Shadow Fragment, and for Idol Gems.

There are four branches in the dungeon, each used to contain five town portals. All of the portals have been replaced with destroyed versions, all except for the MacNiall's Freehold portal. The branches are:
